This experience is certainly one whereby knowledge is constructed - I'm finally getting the hang of the processes - finding the site is easy, remembering the user and password, not so easy - I have just counted my list of the different sites/users/passwords that I have accessed over the last couple of years and it totals 23 - thank goodness I have my PDA handy (what did I do pre?)
I enjoyed the chat(s) we had on Skype last night. Even although I had used it before, it was with voice and 2 participants or in chat with one other person, had no idea about how the "communal" chat was going to work! But now ... after reading the instructions properly ... I think I have it down. OMG I get such a buzz - no artificial stimulants necessary - mind you technology can still give me a "hangover" - I tend to lose all track of time with computers and Internet and often end up tapping away past midnight. Makes it hard to get up for life the next morning!
I am really looking forward to this subject ... the promise of new lands to discover. Wonder if virtual interaction will be equal to the real time F2F.
Time will tell all.
